OK, NOW WE GO: The Rochester Red Wings dropped game three of the six-game set versus St. Paul Thursday afternoon, 5-1...the Rochester offense picked up four hits, split among two players as 2B Darren Baker and SS Richie Martin Jr. both picked up a pair with Baker recording the only RBI of the day for the Wings...RHP Wily Peralta logged 4.2 innings of work, allowing three runs on one hit while striking out five...the bullpen finished the remaining 4.1 innings, allowing just two runs on three hits while recording five strikeouts...RHP Cory Abbott gets the ball for the Wings today in game four against Rochester's former Major League affiliate.

PUNCHING TICKETS: The Rochester pitching staff racked up 10 strikeouts yesterday, in the loss, which now stretches the Wings' streak of 10+ strikeouts to three-straight games, matching their season-long streak (3/31-4/4)...

The previous streak to start the year yielded 30 strikeouts over the first three games of the season...the Wings have 32 strikeouts during the current streak.

The 2022 squad recorded 10+ in three-straight six different times, doing it to begin their season.

Rochester currently ranks 16th among IL teams in the strikeout category with 186 in 23 games.

DARREN RAKER: 2B Darren Baker posted his team-leading 10th multi-hit game of the year Thursday afternoon, going 2-for-4 with an RBI in the loss...

Coming into Friday, Baker's 30 hits are tied for third-most in the International League.

RICHIE TWO BAGS: SS Richie Martin Jr. collected a pair of knocks including his first extra-base hit of the year in Thursday's contest, going 2-for-4 with a double and a stolen base...the pair of hits were the 99th and 100th Triple-A hits of his career...

This was the Detroit native's first multi-hit game of the season.

Prior to his performance last night, Martin's last multi-hit game was 9/28/22 against the Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp with the Norfolk Tides.

MR. CLEAN: LHP Alberto Baldonado worked 1.1 clean innings of work in Thursday's loss...over his last 15 appearances dating back to 9/8/22, the Panama native has allowed an earned run in just one outing (4/25)...

Coming into Friday, his 10 appearances this season are tied for the most in the International League.

EXTRA EFFORT: The Wings have logged extra-base hits in six-straight games, dating back to 4/21, slashing 13 total extra-base hits over that six-game span, one short of their season-long streak of seven games which they achieved to open up their 2023 campaign (3/31-4/8)...

Brian Daubach's batters have logged at least one double in four straight games, dating back to 4/23, one short of their season long streak of five games (3/31-4/6).

SWIPER, KEEP SWIPING: The Rochester Red Wings stole two bags in the loss Thursday afternoon which marked just the third time this season the Wings have swiped multiple bags in a game...Rochester ranks last in the International League in the stolen base category with 14, 30 bags off leading Lehigh Valley (44)...

Through 23 games in 2022, Rochester logged 20 bags and ranked 14th out of 20 teams...first place Buffalo had logged 33.

BIG CITY MILESTONE: Veteran Matt Adams is slated to play his 400th career MiLB game today...
