Phoenix RoadRunners News Release
Phoenix, Ariz. - The Phoenix RoadRunners of the ECHL has announced that forward Garrett (pronounced "Jarrett") Burnett has been assigned to the club by the Dallas Stars of the National Hockey League. Burnett is expected to make his RoadRunners' debut Friday at San Diego.
Burnett, 30, appeared in 10 games this season with the Iowa Stars of the American Hockey League and recorded one assist and 104 penalty minutes. In a separate transaction, the RoadRunners have placed center Miguel Lafleche on the seven-day injured reserve.
