SAN ANTONIO - Mike Zigomanis' unassisted second period goal proved to be the game-winning goal as the Peoria Rivermen squeeked a 2-1 victory over the San Antonio Rampage in front of a 6,492 AT&T Center crowd Friday night.

Mike Bishai brought the Rampage back from a 1-0 deficit at 9:31 in the opening period with his 12th goal of the season after the third-ranked West Division Rivermen quickly jumped to a 1-0 lead just 1:57 into the period.

Scott Stirling kept the Rampage in the game as Peoria peppered the netminder with 20 shots-a Rampage season high-in the second period alone.

Zigomanis managed to slip one past Stirling at 10:56 with a wraparound shot. His 10th goal of the season kept Peoria undefeated at the AT&T Center and handed the Rampage their seventh consecutive loss.

The Rampage will face Milwaukee in a two-game series beginning Thurs., Apr. 6 at the AT&T Center at 7 p.m.
