River Rats Announce Game Time Change

Albany River Rats News Release


ALBANY, NY - The Albany River Rats announced today that their road game on Sunday, January 18th at Philadelphia (AHL Game #615) has been changed to a 7:05 pm start time at Wachovia Spectrum.

The game was originally scheduled for 5:05 pm on Sunday afternoon, but the teams have agreed to move the start back two hours to accommodate fans who wish to view this Sunday's NFC Championship game between the Philadelphia Eagles and the Arizona Cardinals, which is scheduled to begin at 3:00 pm Eastern Time.

Four days after beating Hershey 6-4 at the Giant Center, the River Rats will return to Pennsylvania on Wednesday, January 14th; for a 7:00 pm face off against the Bears. The River Rats next home game takes place on Saturday, January 17th at 7:00 pm against the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins at the Times Union Center.
