
RHP Pat Doyle Joins Mudcats

Zebulon, NC-- The Cincinnati Reds have made two roster moves impacting the Double-A affiliate Carolina Mudcats prior to tonight's rain-suspended resumption against the Jacksonville Suns.
RHP Pat Doyle is being added to the Mudcats roster from Dayton. Doyle was 5-2 with a 3.10 ERA in 49.1 IP for Dayton. The Reds are placing James Avery on the temporarily inactive list. This move is effective for the first game of the doubleheader tonight against Jacksonville. Doyle will be available to play in the game that is a continuation of last night's game against Jacksonville. The Mudcats roster remains at the Southern League limit of 24 players.
