MONTGOMERY, AL - The Biscuits (5-8) left 13 men on base, and Brett Jackson's second solo-homer of the night gave the Tennessee Smokies (8-5) a 2-1 win in 10 innings Tuesday at Riverwalk.

The Smokies center fielder had tied the game with a homer in the third, and his game-winner was a long one to right against Zach Quate (3-3) to lead off the tenth.

The Biscuits stranded several opportunities, leaving the bases loaded in the seventh and in the eighth. They were a combined 0-7 with runners in scoring position, and the 13 men left aboard was the second highest mark of the season.

The lone Biscuits run of the night came on a Henry Wrigley triple in the first, one of just four hits total for the Biscuits

Shane Dyer (above) allowed only one run over seven innings in a no-decision. Jeff Beliveau (4-0) grabbed the win for Tennessee with Jeff Stevens (1) working a perfect tenth to get the save.

LHP Matt Moore takes the ball in game three Wednesday at 7:05 against Tennessee's RHP Dallas Beeler.
