Pirates Coming to Johnstown

Johnstown, PA (January 16, 2006) - Pittsburgh Pirates Oliver Perez, Jose Castillo, Ryan Doumit and Paul Maholm are coming to Johnstown.

The Johnstown Chiefs today announced that seats are still available for the Chiefs versus Reading game Wednesday night, featuring the Pittsburgh Pirates caravan. The caravan includes starting pitchers Perez and Maholm, and young stars, Doumit (catcher) and Castillo (2B). The Pirates announcing team of Greg Brown and Steve Blass, along with the Pirate Parrot will also be in attendance. The Pirate stars will be signing autographs, meeting with fans and participating in intermission contests.
