Pigs Look to Bounce Back against Wings

The Lehigh Valley IronPigs will look to bounce back on Friday night when they take on the Rochester Red Wings at Frontier Field. First pitch is slated for 6:05 p.m.

LHP Jesse Biddle (0-0, 27.00) gets the ball for the IronPigs on Friday. Biddle got a no-decision in his last start on July 8 vs. Pawtucket as he allowed seven runs on five hits to go along with six walks and a strikeout in 2.1 IP. The southpaw was 7-2 with a 4.24 ERA in 15 GS with Double-A Reading this season.

LHP Pat Dean (6-7, 3.39) will be on the bump for Rochester. Dean got a no-decision on Saturday at Syracuse after giving up three runs on six hits while walking two and fanning five in four innings of work. Tonight will mark the southpaw's third start of the season against the IronPigs. Over the first 2 GS, Dean is 0-1 with a 5.54 ERA vs. the Pigs. On July 6 at Frontier Field, Dean got a no-decision when he gave up four runs on six hits in 7.0 IP.

IronPigs C Logan Moore has hit safely in eight of his last 10 G with Lehigh Valley. In that time, Moore is hitting .315 (11-35)-1-10 with a double.
