
Nailers Look To Make It Three Straight Against Chiefs

WHEELING, W.Va. - The Wheeling Nailers look to extend their winning streak over the Johnstown Chiefs tonight when they travel to Johnstown, Pa., for a 7:05 p.m. contest.
Johnstown is coming off a big 5-2 win over Cincinnati yesterday that moved the Chiefs into a first place in the North Division. Wheeling is just two points behind Johnstown and Cincinnati, currently locked in a third place tie in the division.
The Nailers and Chiefs will be back at it again tomorrow, this time at WesBanco Arena with a 4:05 p.m. faceoff. Tomorrow is Kids Day at WesBanco Arena, where kids get free admission when an adult ticket is purchased. Coupons for free kids tickets are available at the Nailers office or online at wheelingnailers.com. Tomorrow is also Family Fun Day, where fans can take part in a postgame skate at WesBanco Arena with Nailers players. Fans should bring their own skates and gloves to take part in the postgame skate.

Wheeling: The Nailers jumped out to a quick 2-0 lead behind first-period power play goals by Jordan Morrison and Billy Ryan, but the lead wouldn't hold and the Reading Royals scored four unanswered goals for a 4-2 victory on Wednesday night.
