Moose end February with Exciting Promotions

The Manitoba Moose are pleased to announce they will wrap up the month of February with a pair of games versus the Peoria Rivermen on Friday, February 27th & Saturday, February 28th at MTS Centre. Both games begin at 7:30 p.m. and each will feature unique promotions to add to the excitement on the ice.

Friday, February 27th vs. Peoria - Soiree franchophone chez les Moose

- The Moose will celebrate Manitoba's French speaking community

- French bands on the concourse throughout intermissions and during the pregame

- PA announcements in both French and English

- French-style cuisine (ham & pea soup, poutine, tortiere pie, smoked meat sandwiches) featured at the concessions

- Francophone Moose players at "Autograph Alley" following the game

Friday, February 27th vs. Peoria - Trip to Jamaica Giveaway

- That same night, a lucky Moose fan will win an all-expense paid trip for two to Jamaica courtesy of Appleton Rum

- 10 contestants will be chosen randomly throughout the 1st and 2nd periods

- Each contestant will receive an envelope and in one will be the trip voucher

- On video, each contestant will be shown opening their envelope to unveil the winner

Saturday, February 28th vs. Peoria - Minor Hockey Night (already 13,500 tickets sold)

- The Manitoba Moose will wear the Southdale Lakers Jersey to celebrate Minor Hockey in Manitoba

- Southdale earned the right to see their jersey earn 60-minutes of professional time by winning the Community Jersey Program last season.

- The first 5,000 kids through the door will receive a FREE Manitoba Moose "six-pack pencil set".

- At the conclusion of the game, all fans wearing either a Moose or a Minor Hockey jersey will be invited down to ice level for the "Greatest Manitoba Hockey Picture of All-Time".
