Monarchs Are Spreading Holiday Cheer

MANCHESTER, NH - The Monarchs Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Manchester Monarchs, will feature the fifth annual Teddy Bear Toss when the team hosts the Hartford Wolf Pack on Sunday, December 17 at 4:05 p.m. at the Verizon Wireless Arena.

Fans are encouraged to bring or purchase teddy bears at the game to throw on the ice during the second intermission. All teddy bears collected will be given to Easter Seals, Child & Family Services, Families In Transition, DCYF (Department of Corrections Youth Facility), Manchester Aids Project, Manchester Police, Manchester Fire, Hillsborough Sheriffs Department, CHaD (Children's Hospital at Dartmouth) and David's House. Approximately 2,500 teddy bears were collected during last year's event.
