Goals:
- A bad bounce off the Moose defenceman gets passed Connor Hellebuyck. Goal credited to Tyler Motte at 25 seconds of the first period.
- While on the powerplay, Tyler Motte streaks in the right side and passes to an open Cameron Schilling who beats Hellebuyck at 4:16 of the first period.
- Brenden Kichton takes a wrist shot from the point that beats Drew MacIntyre at 9:39 of the first period.
- Chase De Leo redirects an Andrew MacWilliam shot past MacIntyre at 14:45 of the first period.
- Ryan Haggerty streaks down the right side and beats Hellebuyck with a hard wrist shot past his blocker up top at 18:11 of the first period.
- Following a shot by Vinnie Hinostroza the rebound comes right to David Rundblad who beats Hellebuyck at 18:47 of the first period.
- While on the powerplay, Brendan Lemieux takes a wrist shot that goes past the blocker of MacIntyre at 6:26 of the second period.
- While on the powerplay, Chase De Leo takes a wrist shot that goes off the post and in past the glove of MacIntyre 52 seconds into the third period.
- With just 2:42 to go, Dan DeSalvo gets a pass to the point and brings the puck to the slot where he beats MacIntyre.
Highlights/Notes:
- Dan DeSalvo extended his point streak to six games. It was his second game winning goal since joining the Moose and he now has 12 points (4G, 8A) in 15 games. During the streak he has two goals and five assists for seven points.
- Brenden Kichton was re-assigned by the Jets earlier in the day and scored a goal and had two assists for a three point game. He leads the team in scoring with 41 points (11G, 30A) this season. He is currently on a six game point streak with the Moose with four goals and six assists for 11 points during that stretch.
- Chase De Leo scored two goals and now leads the team with 19 goals on the season. He is two points back from Kichton for the team lead in points. He currently sits tied for 15th in AHL rookie scoring with 39 points. In his last five games he has three goals and three assists for six points.
- Brendan Lemieux scored for the second time in as many days. He has two goals and one assist in his last two games.
- Scott Kosmachuk had a multi-point game for the second day in a row with two assists. In his last two games he has one goal and three assists for four points.
- John Albert has one assist in back-to-back games and in three out of his last four contests.
- Sean Escobedo is on a three game point streak. He has one goal and two assists during that span.
- The Moose finish the season series against the IceHogs with a perfect 4-0-0-0 record.
The Moose hit the road and play the San Antonio Rampage on Friday, Apr. 15 at 7:30 p.m.
