Fresno Grizzlies News Release

Fresno, CA- Grizzlies outfielder Todd Linden was named to the 2005 All-PCL Team as was announced by the Pacific Coast League this morning. The elite team is made up of the League's best players at every position and is selected annually by vote of the PCL's field managers and media representatives.

The 25-year-old Washington native was among the Pacific Coast League leaders in almost every offensive category - including home runs (30), RBI (80), batting average (.321), slugging percentage (.682) and on-base percentage (.437) - before he was recalled by the San Francisco Giants on August 12.

Linden was a force on both offense and defense, as he boasted one of the strongest arms in the league from his right field position. The switch-hitter also became the new Fresno franchise career home run hitter, surpassing former Grizzlies infielder Damon Minor, with 67 home runs over parts of four seasons in Fresno.

Season tickets and ticket packages for the 2006 season are on sale now. For tickets or ticket information, contact the Grizzlies Ticket Office at 559-320-TIXS or visit the Grizzlies online at www.fresnogrizzlies.com.
