Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release
The IronPigs (39-31) start a seven-day, South Division road trip with Game 1 of a four-game series at Harbor Park against the Norfolk Tides (26-44), who the Pigs defeated, 2-1, in a three-game home series from May 30 to June 1... With a 5-3 loss to Buffalo in 10 innings yesterday, Lehigh Valley split the four-game series and finished 7-3 on a 10-game homestand. The Pigs own the second-best record in the IL in June (13-6; Rochester 13-5) and sport a 24-14 record since May 12 after starting 15-17... The Tides -- Baltimore's top affiliate -- won 10-6 over Durham yesterday to sweep a three-game home series against the Bulls. The Tides have also won five of their last six contests after a 7-18 skid from May 17 to June 12.
LHP Anthony Vasquez (0-0, 8.31) will start for LHV against LHP T.J. McFarland (1-1, 1.93).
First-Pitch tonight is at 7:05 p.m.
