Lehigh Valley IronPigs News Release

The IronPigs (21-34) play Game 2 of a four-game series against the West Division's first-place Indianapolis Indians (32-23) at Coca-Cola Park... With an 8-0 shutout* last night, Pigs snapped a three-game skid to Indianapolis -- and a three-game skid overall -- to improve to 1-2 on this six-game homestand. Although the Pigs have dropped eight of their 11 eight affairs, they're still 15-14 since starting the season at 6-20 through May 4... The Indians -- Pittsburgh's top affiliate -- have started 0-1 on their seven-game, North Division road trip at 0-1, but have still posted a 10-5 record since May 20. The Indians own the best record in the IL and the third best mark in Triple-A behind Oklahoma City (34-19) and Round Rock (33-20)... The Indians swept the Pigs in a three-game series in the first meeting of 2015 from May 1-3 -- their first-ever sweep of Lehigh Valley -- and has won nine of the last 11 contests in the series dating back to June 8, 2014.

RHP Jason Berken (3-2, 3.89) will start for LHV against RHP Casey Sadler (4-3, 3.22).

Tonight is a Friday Night Fireworks, presented by Gary Lee's Brown Daub Kia... First Pitch is set for 7:05 p.m.
