
Lepine Called up to Binghamton

FORT WAYNE, Ind.- Evansville IceMen, presented by Coors Light, Captain Guillaume Lepine has been recalled by the Binghamton Senators of the AHL.
Lepine has played all 35 games for the IceMen this season. The Defenseman from Montreal, Que. has 12 assists on the year.
After spending time with Binghamton during the Senators' France trip during the preseason, Lepine returned to Evansville where he was promptly named team captain.
Lepine had two multi point games this season with a pair of helpers in the IceMen's wins over Indy on Oct. 25 and Cincinnati on Nov. 26. He has racked up the sixth most penalty minutes in franchise history with 163 minutes spent in the sin bin.
The-27-year old will move to AHL for the second consecutive season. Lepine played 48 games with the IceMen last year before being recalled to Utica in 2013-14, where he would skate in six games with the Comets. Evansville has not yet named a replacement captain.
In response, the IceMen are expected to add Defenseman, Bo Driscoll from the Knoxville Ice Bears of the SPHL for tonight's game at Fort Wayne. A rookie out of Framingham State University, Driscoll played 16 games with the Ice Bears, where he dished out three assists.
Evansville will conclude its five game road stretch with a game at Fort Wayne on Friday night. The IceMen and Komets will begin the game at 7p.m. central time. The IceMen will return to home ice when they host the Cincinnati Cyclones on Saturday Jan. 17. Evansville will try to use the force to defeat the dark side (Cincinnati) at the IceMen's annual Star Wars night.
On Jan. 19, the IceMen will host the Cyclones again. Evansville fans can get upper bowl tickets for just $5 with the Evansville Courier & Press Front Page Fan Ad. The Ford Center will treat fans to $1 soft drinks and $1 popcorns for this Martin Luther King Day game.
Single game tickets are on sale now for all games including Star Wars Night at the Ford Center Box Office Monday through Friday 10 a.m.-5 p.m and after noon on game days.
