Rapid City Rush News Release

(Rapid City, SD) - The Rapid City Rush would like to invite fans out to Boston's Restaurant and Sports Bar for first "The Rush Hour with Head Coach Joe Ferras" since January 21st. Since then, the Rush embarked on a season-long seven game road trip where the squad went 5-0-2 and extended their lead in the Northern Conference. This year's hour-long show has been moved up to 6pm and will remain at Boston's, located just North of I-90 off of N Lacrosse St.

Joining Rush broadcaster Daniel Nieves and Head Coach Joe Ferras are forward Blaine Jarvis and defenseman Riley Weselowski.

Jarvis has become a force for the Rush, setting career highs in goals, assists and points while acting as a key component of a penalty kill ranked #1 in the CHL. Weselowski was acquired from the Idaho Steelheads of the ECHL where the defenseman accumulated 14 points and 69 penalty minutes in 60 games played. Jarvis and Weselowski were roommates for four years at Bemidji State University.

Fans are encouraged to ask both coaches and players questions during the show as well as answer trivia questions for prizes.

Be sure to show up in your Rush gear tonight at Boston's at 6pm for the "Rush Hour with Coach Joe Ferras" sponsored by Miller Lite. If you can't make it to the show in person, be sure to tune into 100.3 the FOX.
