LAREDO, TX- The Laredo Bucks of the Central Hockey League host the Corpus Christi Ice Rays at 11am Tuesday morning in the McDonald's Kid's Day game at the Laredo Entertainment Center. The Bucks will offer a "working man's lunch special" Tuesday, purchase a ticket to the game and receive a voucher for a FREE lunch! (Hot dog, chips, soda and cookie). Bring out your entire office and receive the group rate while feeding the staff for FREE!!! Tickets are available now by calling 718-BUCK (2825).

Laredo can move back into third place in the Southern Conference with a win over Corpus Tuesday morning. The Bucks enter the contest one point behind Texas in the standings.
The Bucks are currently on a two-game winning streak having beat Rio Grande Valley Friday night 3-2 in a shoootut and taking care of Amarillo 4-2 Saturday night. Laredo has not won three-straight games since November 6th-15th when they won four straight games.
Laredo looks to break the "Curse of Corpus" Tuesday as they are on a six-game winless streak (0-5-1) against the Ice Rays. The Bucks have not beaten the Ice Rays since December 19th when they won 2-0 at the American Bank Center. The last time Laredo beat Corpus at home was December 8th in a 4-3 shootout triumph.
The Ice Rays enter Tuesday one point behind Rio Grande Valley for the fifth and final playoff spot in the South.

Couples can come as one (two-for-one tickets) when the Bucks host Rio Grande Valley on Valentines Day (Feb. 14) at 4pm. The first 1,000 fans to enter the LEC will receive a FREE box of Bucks Valentines Day Candies.
Season ticket holders that come to the Valentines Day game will be entered in a raffle to win Bucky's Valentines Day Jersey. You must be present at the game to win the jersey.
