Joel Perrault named Fifth Third Bank Mighty Ducks Player of the Month

CINCINNATI, Ohio -- Cincinnati Mighty Ducks center Joel Perrault has been named the Fifth Third Bank Mighty Ducks Player of the Month for March.

Perrault had four goals and four assists in 13 games to capture his first career Fifth Third Bank Player of the Month award.

Perrault posted an even or plus rating in nine of 13 games and tied for the club lead with two power play goals during the month. He recorded a season-high three points (three assists) March 26 against Chicago, and concluded the month with seven points (three goals, four assists) in his last seven games.

A fifth-round pick by Anaheim in the 2001 NHL Entry Draft, Perrault has 26 points (13 goals, 13 assists) in 59 games this season, including three power play goals and three game-winning tallies.

In recognition of being named the Fifth Third Bank Mighty Ducks Player of the Month for March, Perrault will be presented with a plaque during an on-ice ceremony prior to an upcoming home game.
