IN JUST A FEW HOURS...
The Elmira Jackals play the second of three-straight games against Trenton as they host the Devils at First Arena at 7:35 p.m. WETM-18 TV will be handing out candy bars to fans entering the building tonight.
LAMPE LIGHTS LAMP THREE TIMES
Eric Lampe scored Elmira's first, second, and fourth goals on Wednesday for the first hat trick of his professional career. The Madison, Wis. native has 15 goals with the Jackals and two with their AHL affiliate, the Syracuse Crunch. Lampe's goal total is tied for third on the Jackals.
DUBUC PREVAILS ON POWER PLAY
Michael Dubuc registered his team-leading eighth power-play goal of the season on Wednesday to extend the Jackals' power-play goal-scoring streak to eight games. Dubuc scored five power-play goals in the first month of the season before being sidelined due to an injury. Each of the Granby, Quebec native's last three goals have come on the power play.
