TONIGHT'S MATCHUP: With spring-like temperatures creeping into the Tri-State, a playoff-feel has set in for the Cyclones - as they continue a run through North Division opponents that could help shape their postseason positioning. Tonight, it's the second of two straight between the Cyclones and Walleye. After starting the season 4-1 against Toledo, Cincinnati's I-75 rivals have won five consecutive meetings and now lead the season series, 6-4-0. All ten matchups have been extremely close - all but two of them getting decided by two goals or less.

TONIGHT'S PROMOTION: Kids Eat Free Night - Fans ages 2-12 will receive a FREE meal courtesy of John Morrell, Sun Drop, and Sunkist.

SCOUTING THE WALLEYE: Nick Vitucci's club has really turned it on of late, going 6-3-1 in their last ten games. The Walleye have been very solid when playing away from the Huntington Center this year, posting a 12-9-2 record on the road. In fact, with their shootout victory against the Cyclones on Wednesday night, Toledo now owns an 8-1-1 record over the last five years in Cincinnati. Zach Torquato is the Walleye's active leader in scoring, amassing 11 goals and 31 assists in 48 games this year. He is also the leading point-getter against the Cyclones; in ten meetings, he has collected 9 points.

Another Prospect Between the Pipes: On Monday, the Rochester Americans assigned rookie netminder Brian Foster to the Cyclones. The former University of New Hampshire product began his first pro year with Bossier-Shreveport, earning a 9-9-1 record and a 3.20 goals-against average. The Florida Panthers 2005 fifth-round pick was a Second Team East All-American in his senior season last year. He will make his ECHL debut tonight.

Staying Positive: Thanks to another solid few games, newcomer Casey Pierro-Zabotel is among the league leaders in plus/minus. He currently owns a +18 rating, good for third in the ECHL. He has been on the scoresheet in 8 of his last 11 contests.

Shots, Shots, Shots: This year, Cincinnati is allowing an average of 29.16 shots per-game - the third fewest in the ECHL. Only Alaska and Stockton have lower averages.

Multi-Point Magic: The 'Clones are still getting consistent production from many players on the roster. Including those that are at the AHL level, Cincinnati has 13 different players with at least one multi-point game this year. Mathieu Aubin in the team-leader in this category - registering 8 of them this season.

Aubin Jumps Another Spot: Cyclones forward Mathieu Aubin's two-point night on Wednesday night helped him pass Michael Flynn for fourth on the all-time franchise scoring leaderboard. Aubin now has 139 points in a Cincinnati jersey and is just two tallies away from passing his teammate Scott Reynolds for third all-time.
