AT THE DISH: In his return to the Isotopes, Pat Valaika finished the game 2-for-3 with two home runs, a solo homer in the third inning and a two-run shot in the seventh ... Sam Hilliard delivered the eventual game-winning runs with a two-RBI double in the ninth inning ... Yonathan Doza and Brendan Rodgers each finished the game with two hits.

TOEING THE RUBBER: Isotopes starter Evan Grills took a no-decision after allowing three earned runs on 10 hits, striking out three and walking one over his 5.0 innings on the hill ... Matt Pierpont and Jesus Tinoco had scoreless outings out of the bullpen, as did Jairo Diaz who picked up his second save of the 2019 season.

TOPES TIDBITS: Isotopes 1B/OF Brian Mundell left the game with an apparent injury, being replaced in left field by Drew Weeks ... The Isotopes only lead of the game came after Hilliard's double in the ninth inning.
