IceGators to open camp this Saturday

Lafayette, LA â The Louisiana IceGators will open training camp this weekend in preparation for their eighth ECHL season, which begins Saturday, Oct. 12 with a 7 p.m. game at Arkansas. Louisiana's home opener is Sunday, Oct. 13 at 4:05 p.m. against the RiverBlades.
The IceGators will hold physicals Saturday at Louisiana Physical Therapy, located at 315 South College St. from
12-3 p.m., and the public is invited to attend to meet the newest members of the team. The Dawg, 97.3 FM, will be in attendance with a live remote.
Camp will swing into full swing on Sunday, when the team will practice at the Cajundome from 10-11:30 a.m. All IceGators practices are open to the public.
