Hitmen Select Sean Tschigerl Fourth Overall in 2018 WHL Bantam Draft

Calgary, AB - The Calgary Hitmen Hockey Club is pleased to announce the selection of Sean Tschigerl (pronounced SHUH-gal) with the fourth overall pick in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft.

Tschigerl is a 5-11, 173-pound forward from Whitecourt, AB, who played with OHA Edmonton Bantam Prep this past season. After a 70 point regular season, which included 31 goals in 30 games, he also captained his team to a CSSHL Championship netting 14 points in five playoff contests.

"Sean is an excellent prospect who is not only an elite offensive talent but plays a strong 200 foot game," said Hitmen Director of Player Personnel Dallas Thompson.
