Pats Acquire Three 2018 Draft Picks from Calgary

Regina, Saskatchewan - The Regina Pats Hockey Club is pleased to announce that they have acquired eighth, ninth and tenth round picks in the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft from the Calgary Hitmen.

In exchange, the Pats sent a seventh round pick in the 2020 WHL Bantam Draft to Calgary.

"This trade gives us come flexibility," said Pats Head Coach and GM John Paddock. "We were looking to add some picks to our 2018 draft and were able to do that with this trade."

The first pick of the 2018 WHL Bantam Draft will take place at 8:30 a.m. from Red Deer, Alberta.

The Pats continue preparations for the historic 100th Mastercard Memorial Cup. Two ticket packages are available at mastercardmemorialcup.ca.
