Grizzlies Look To Do A Little Moose Hunting Tonight At The 'E' Center

Utah Grizzlies News Release

West Valley City - The Utah Grizzlies will battle the Manitoba Moose in the first of a two-game series Wednesday night at the 'E' Center. Face-off is scheduled for 7:05 pm.

Both Manitoba and Utah have struggled in the young season, each winning only three contests. The Moose (3-9-3-1) are coming off their third tie of the season at home against Chicago. Manitoba's last win was on November 4 against Houston.

Like Manitoba, the Grizzlies' last win came against Houston in a November 7 blowout, 6-1. However, Utah has failed to pick up any winning momentum in the two games that followed, allowing a combined 10 goals. The Grizzlies will see the effects of recent line-up changes tonight after Mathias Tjarnqvist and Trevor Daley were re-called to Dallas earlier in the week.

Tonight's game will be the first of four straight at the 'E' Center. The Grizzlies will meet the Moose again on Saturday night before a two game series with Worcester next week.
