Griffins' March 11 Home Game Moved to March 13

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. - The Grand Rapids Griffins on Monday announced that their home game originally scheduled for Wednesday, March 11 against the Peoria Rivermen at Van Andel Arena has been moved to Friday, March 13. Faceoff time remains 7 p.m., and as with all Fridays, the rescheduled game will feature the Griffins' popular Dollar Beers, Dollar Dogs promotion from 6-8 p.m.
The change to the more favorable Friday date was made in response to the cancellation of the Arena Football League's season, as March 13 was originally held for a Grand Rapids Rampage home game.
All tickets previously issued for the March 11 game will be valid for admission on March 13. Existing March 11 ticket holders who are unable to attend the March 13 contest must exchange them for tickets to any remaining 2008-09 regular season home game by taking them to either The Zone (during regular business hours) or the Van Andel Arena box office (on Griffins game nights) by Tuesday, March 10.
