Rivermen Game in Grand Rapids Moved

Peoria Rivermen News Release
Peoria, Ill. (December 29, 2008) - Peoria Rivermen COO Josh Morin announced today the club's game in Grand Rapids on Wednesday, March 11 has been rescheduled for Friday, March 13. The site remains Van Andel Arena and faceoff is still scheduled for 6 p.m.
The change creates a two-game series between the Rivermen and the Griffins on Friday and Saturday. The date became available due to the cancellation of the Arena Football League's season, as March 13 was originally held for a Grand Rapids Rampage home game.
