Milwaukee knotted the game at one when Peter Hubacek fired a shot past the stick side of Simon Lajeunesse at 11:25. Just 1:27 later, Jonas Andersson recorded the eventual game-winner as he took a pass from Alexandre Boikov and found the back of the net with his 13th mark of the campaign.

In the third, the Admirals open up a two-goal pad when Jeremy Stevenson collected his own rebound and tucked the puck over the pads of Lajeunesse at 2:13, for the final goal of the game. With the loss Grand Rapids closes out the season series with a record of 6-2-4-0 against the Admirals this year.
