Goudeau Recalled by Colorado, Lawrence Optioned to Albuquerque

Prior to the Isotopes game in Oklahoma City tonight, the Colorado Rockies announced they have recalled right-handed pitcher Ashton Goudeau (goo-DOE) and optioned righty Justin Lawrence to Albuquerque.
Goudeau has compiled a 6.75 ERA without recording a decision in three appearances (one start) for the Isotopes in 2021. His last two outings out of the bullpen have been tremendous, as he combined to allow just five hits and one run over six innings across games Aug. 26 and 31. Goudeau is rejoining the Rockies for his second stint this season after having previously been in the Orioles, Giants, Dodgers and Reds organizations this year.
Lawrence appeared in one game for Colorado during his most recent call-up, giving up three runs in a third of an inning during a relief outing on September 1 at Texas. He leads Albuquerque with nine saves this season. Lawrence will be active for tonight's contest against the OKC Dodgers.
