TONIGHT'S MATCHUP
Tonight is the second match-up between the two teams at Stockton Arena and the fifth in head-to-head action in the 2008-09 season. The clubs are scheduled to meet an additional three times in the season, one at Citizens Business Bank Arena and two at Stockton Arena. The Reign fell to the Thunder in the last match-up between the two teams, with right wings Jon Rheault and Geoff Walker picking up a goal in the 3-2 loss. Rheault leads the Reign against the Thunder, tallying five points in four games played against the club (2g, 3a = 5 points).
The Reign currently sit in second place in the Pacific Division Standings, five points behind the Fresno Falcons for first, with an overall record of 11-8-1-1. The Reign are 6-4-1 in home games and 5-4-0-1 on the road.
The Reign return home to Citizens Business Bank Arena on Sunday, December 7, as they face off against the Victoria Salmon Kings at a special 5 p.m. start time.
