RHP Thomas Jankins (2-2, 4.50) vs. RHP Daniel Ponce de Leon (4-2, 3.48)

Double Dipping: San Antonio is 3-3 in doubleheader games this season. They are 1-2 in games ones and 2-1 in game twos. Two of San Antonio's PCL-leading seven shutouts have come in doubleheader games.
Strive for Five: Last night Tyler Saladino had San Antonio's first five-RBI game since Kyle Overstreet drove in six on May 5, 2018 against Double-A Corpus Christi. The five RBI matched a career-high for Saladino.
A May to Remember: In the month of May Tyler Saladino has hit .341 (29-for-85) with 17 runs, 9 doubles, 1 triple, 5 home runs, and 25 RBI. He needs one RBI to move into a five-way tie for fourth on the Missions' list of most RBI in a single month since 2005. The record is 33 driven in by Kyle Blanks in August 2008. He needs two doubles to move into a five-way tie for fifth. Saladino's 25 RBI in May are good for fourth in the Pacific Coast League.
Walking in Memphis: The Missions drew eight walks in last night's win to match a season-high. They also drew eight on April 10 against Memphis and April 14 against Nashville. San Antonio has won all three games in which it has drawn eight free passes. Michael O'Neill was thrust into the leadoff spot in his first game with the Missions last night and drew three walks to match a single-game high by a Missions player this season. Corey Ray on April 4 at Oklahoma City and Lucas Erceg on April 10 against Memphis also drew three free passes in a game for the Missions this season.
Seven in a Row: San Antonio has defeated Memphis in their last seven meetings. The last time the Missions had a seven-game winning streak against one opponent was in 2018 against Double-A Frisco when the Missions swept the RoughRiders in four games from May 1-4 in Frisco and then took the first three games of their series at Wolff Stadium from May 10-12.
