Toy Drive
Tonight, we aim for more than just two points in the standings. It's Toy Drive night at the VMC!
FOX 12 Oregon, Les Schwab Tire Centers and the Winterhawks have teamed up again to help spread some cheer to Portland-area youth this holiday season. Thanks to our fans' support, we surpassed last year's goal and donated over 3,000 toys!
It's a promotion our players also enjoy contributing to. Winterhawks alumnus Seth Jarvis had generously donated 400 toys in the past to help. How about we make it 4,000 toys this year?! Fans are encouraged to bring new, unwrapped toys to the game to drop off in our donation bins. Click here for a full list of recommended toys.
Need a last-minute contribution? Check out the Toy Drive corner on the concourse outside Entry MM to purchase toys and get in on the fun! Fans unable to attend can also donate to the Toy Drive online. All toys and monetary donations will be distributed through FOX 12's network of non-profit partners and organizations.

Sweet Revenge
Outside of bright spots like Luca Cagnoni's first multi-goal game of the year and Gabe Klassen keeping his hot streak going, Friday was a night to forget for the Hawks. The good news? They're right back on the ice tonight with a chance to get back in the win column. The better news? They get another shot at their newest division rival, a team that has had their number in both meetings thus far.
As the Hawks and Wild drop the puck on game three of the season series, the action shifts to the VMC for the first time, where the Winterhawks have played their best hockey. So bring the noise and help the Hawks bounce back in front of the best fans in the WHL!
