Medicine Hat, AB - The Medicine Hat Tigers continue their defense of the Central Division as they take on the Calgary Hitmen Friday night at Co-op Place.

The Tigers (16-7-2) come into action four points clear of the Lethbridge Hurricanes for 1st in the Central and second in the Eastern Conference, this after a Wednesday night loss to the Swift Current Broncos 5-3 at the Innovation Plex. While the Hitmen (10-11-3) find themselves on the outside looking in currently ninth in the Eastern Conference and two points out of sixth heading into the weekend. The Hitmen have dropped their two previous road games against Red Deer & Lethbridge this week.

This is the third of six meetings between Medicine Hat & Calgary, with the Tigers sweeping their opening weekend home-at-home on September 22 & 23 by 4-1 and 5-3 scores.

Game time is set for 7 PM.
