
Gamblers Announce Roster Moves

Green Bay Gamblers News Release
The Green Bay Gamblers announced a trade on Wednesday, acquiring forward Branden Costello from the Des Moines Buccaneers for a 3rd round pick in the 2019 USHL Phase 2 draft. Costello, who is in his second season with the Buccaneers, has a goal and an assist in 12 games. Last season, the University of North Dakota recruit appeared in 56 games for the Buccaneers, notching eight goals and four assists. Costello will wear #18 and is expected to be in the Gamblers line-up on Saturday.
The Gamblers also announced on Wednesday that they have released forward Matyas Svoboda. Svoboda was acquired this off season in a trade with the Sioux City Musketeers. In 15 games with the Gamblers, Svoboda had two assists.
