Calgary, AB -- The Calgary Flames announced today that they have acquired Pittsburgh's third round pick in the 2014 NHL Draft in exchange for forward Lee Stempniak.
The Calgary Flames have recalled Ben Hanowski from Abbotsford. He has played 51 games with the Heat this season netting 12 goals and 15 assists for 27 points. Hanowski played five games with the Flames last season, recording his first NHL goal in his first NHL game.
