The Snappers are off to a hot start in the second half of the season. Currently, the Snappers lead the Western Division of the Midwest League. Be sure to cheer on your Beloit Snappers during their upcoming home stand.
The Snappers return to action at Pohlman Field July 15 - 18. The Snappers begin a four game home stand against the West Michigan Whitecaps, a class A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers.
Saturday, July 15 the Snappers begin battle at 7:00 p.m. versus the Whitecaps. Following the game, stick around for a fireworks spectacular sponsored by J&J Limousine. Be sure to dress in your best 80's costume for "That 80's Night." Also, bring a box of Shur Fine Mac & Cheese from your local Woodman's and receive $1 off admission.
Bill Hall Bobble Head Dolls will be given away to the first 500 hundred fans in the park on Sunday, July 16 thanks to Pepsi. Kids may also play catch on the field and run the bases for 20 minutes after the game. Also, Leinie's bottles are just $2 courtesy of Ott-Schweitzer. Gates to Pohlman Field open at 1:00 p.m. and the game begins at 2:00 p.m.
The second all-you-can-eat night is Monday, July 17. All-you-can-eat items include hamburgers, hot dogs, pizza, popcorn, peanuts and soda. Twelve ounce miller products are $.99. Monday is also "Must Win Miller Mondays." If the Snappers do not win, every fan in attendance will receive a complimentary general admission ticket to the next Wednesday home game. The Snappers begin play at 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, July 18 is Camp Kids Day. The Snappers begin action at noon. Tuesday is also college and dollar day; bring a valid college ID and get in for only $1. Hot dogs, soda, popcorn and 12 oz. drafts of Leinie's products are just $1, thanks to Ott-Schweitzer and Hot 105.9 FM.
