
Devil Rays Honor State Champs

Southwest Michigan Devil Rays News Release
The Southwest Michigan Devil Rays are proud to honor the State Champion Lakeview Spartans on Thursday, July 13. The state champs will be in attendance as the Devil Rays square off against the West Michigan Whitecaps on "Thirsty Thursday" at C.O. Brown Stadium.
Lakeview won the Division 2 finals on June 17th at C.O. Brown Stadium in Battle Creek. They defeated the Escanaba Eskimos by a score of 9-2.
A pre-game ceremony will take place at the 7:05 pm game on Thursday night. Lakeview fans will be able to see the champs together for the last time at C.O. Brown for a discounted three dollar ticket. For ticket orders or information call the Devil Rays at 269-660-2287.
