
Bob Ross Classic returns to Fifth Third field

DAYTON, OH - Fifth Third Field will host the seventh annual Bob Ross Classic, featuring the top high school baseball players from around the Dayton region, at 7 p.m. on Friday, July 21st.
The Bob Ross Classic will feature the top baseball student-athletes in the class of 2007. High schools from all over the Dayton region will send their best pitchers and sluggers to Fifth Third Field for the July 21st game. Some of the top stars include 1st Team All League (MML) selection Jason Edwards of Edgewood High School, Louisville Slugger Pre-season All-American Tyler Melling of Bellefontaine High School, and Ryan Ashe of Wayne High School, who is being recruited by 25 major colleges including Ohio University and Notre Dame.
Admission will be free to all fans, with the gates to Fifth Third Field opening at 6 p.m. Concession stands will be open for the game.
