
Everblades remain in second after 1-2-0 road trip

The Florida Everblades picked up 2 out of a possible 6 points this past week after they defeated the Pensacola Ice Pilots 2-0 on Friday night and fell to the Ice Pilots 4-2 on Saturday night. The Everblades then continued the three game road trip and fell to the Louisiana Ice Gators 5-1 on Sunday afternoon. Florida forward Brian McCullough is tied atop the ECHL in scoring with 55 points and is currently ranked tied for first in the ECHL in goal scoring with 26 goals. Florida ranks second in the ECHL's Southern Division and trails the Columbia Inferno by three points heading into this week. Everblades regular season games can be heard on Sportsradio 770 AM and on the Internet at www.floridaeverblades.com, www.ABC-7.com and www.NBC-2.com with the "Voice of the Everblades" Dan Guenther calling the play-by-play. The games can be also be heard inside TECO arena on 96.5 FM. 'The Gerry Fleming Coaches Show' presented by Stevie Tomato's Sportspage on Sportsradio 770 AM airs from 6:00 - 7:00 PM on Monday nights. The show will be live on remote at the Fort Myers location tonight with player guest Chris Heisten.

The Florida Everblades fell to the Pensacola Ice Pilots 4-2 to earn the series split.
