Everblades place Lee on IR

ESTERO, FL - Florida Everblades President and General Manager Craig Brush, along with Head Coach Gerry Fleming announced today that defenseman Chris Lee has been placed on the 3-day injured reserve list. As per team policy, the injury was not disclosed.

Lee, 26, heads to the IR having played in six games with the Everblades this season tallying five points (1g, 4a). The MacTier, Ontario native has also skated in three games at the American Hockey League level with the Albany River Rats where he picked up one assist and four penalty minutes.

The third-year pro has combined to score 70 points (16g, 54a) in 129 career games dating back to the 2004-05 season. As a rookie with the Everblades that season Lee played in 68 games tallying 27 points and followed that up last season with an All-Star year, scoring a career high 10 goals and 37 points in 52 games.
