ENTERING TONIGHT'S ACTION...

Tonight, the SeaWolves return home to begin an eight-day homestand and four games series against the Bowie Baysox (Baltimore Orioles) at Jerry Uht Park. Last night, the SeaWolves dropped an extra innings affair to Richmond as the club lost three of four to the Flying Squirrels. Bowie is coming off an extra innings win over Akron...Erie got out to a 9-2 lead in the season series against Bowie, however, the Baysox have won the last five meetings between the two clubs. Erie is 2-1 against Bowie at Jerry Uht Park...Lefty Duane Below takes the mound for the SeaWolves making his 17th start of the season and fourth against the Baysox. It will be the second time this season Below has faced the Baysox in consecutive starts. He took a no-decision in his last time out against Bowie tossing a season-high 5.2 innings, allowing two runs on four hits with a walk and four strikeouts...Lefty Rick Zagone takes the mound for Bowie. Zagone is making his second start with Bowie. He made his Double-A debut in his last start against Erie. In the game, he went seven innings, allowing three runs on four hits with three walks and six strikeouts and took a no-decision...The SeaWolves are looking to snap a 12-game home losing streak. It is the longest home losing streak in club history. Erie's last home win was May 31 against Harrisburg.
