Cyclones Ink Jeremy Bachusz

Cincinnati, OH-Cincinnati Cyclones coach and general manager Chris Cichocki today announced the acquisition of center Jeremy Bachusz (Back-Us). Bachusz comes to the Clones after a five-year career at Lake Superior State University and seven games last year with the Arkansas Riverblades of the ECHL.

In his five seasons as a Lake Superior State Laker, Bachusz played in 157 games. During his college career, Bachusz scored 32 goals and recorded 45 assists for 77 points. Bachusz also rang up 111 penalty minutes in college.

Last season, Bachusz captained the Lakers and led the team with 18 points (8goals, 10assists). After his college season ended, Bachusz began his pro career with the Arkansas Riverblades. Under current Cyclones coach Chris Cichocki, the 5-foot-9 pivot recorded one assist in seven games with the Riverblades. "Jeremy has the desire and heart that every coach covets," said Cichocki.
