Kalamazoo Wings News Release
For the third time in the course of eight days, the Kalamazoo Wings will lace up their skates against the Toledo Walleye. On the season, the K-Wings are 2-0-1-0 against their division rival, which includes a 5-3 victory on November 5th in their only other visit to Wings Stadium.
Snapping a four-game unbeaten streak (2-0-1-1) with a 3-1 loss last night to the Gwinnett Gladiators, the K-Wings remain in second place in the North Division, two points behind the Wheeling Nailers. The K-Wings will receive a spark at the blue line, as Jon Landry returns after serving a five-game league suspension.
Dropping a 2-0 decision last night to the Cincinnati Cyclones, Toledo has moved to into last place in the North Division. The Walleye have gotten out of the gates slow in November, going 1-3-0-0; however, their lone victory was against Kalamazoo last Saturday.
