Comets Add Zac Dalpe to Roster

Vancouver Canucks President & General Manager Michael D. Gillis announced today that the Canucks have assigned center Zac Dalpe to the American Hockey League's Utica Comets.

Dalpe, 23, has recorded 138 points (68-70-138) in 180 AHL games with the Albany River Rats, and Charlotte Checkers. Through the course of four different AHL campaigns, Dalpe has amassed a +22 rating.

Dalpe has appeared in six games for the Canucks in 2013-14. Over the span of his NHL career, the Paris, Ontario native has collected 10 points (5-5-10) in 47 games.

The 6'1", 195-pound center was acquired, alongside Jeremy Welsh, by Vancouver on September 28, 2013 from the Carolina Hurricanes in exchange for Kellan Tochkin and the fourth round pick in the 2014 NHL Entry Draft.
