Portland Pirates News Release
Lewiston, ME - The Portland Pirates will welcome the Hartford Wolf Pack to Maine for the first time in three years as they face off for the 7th annual Pink in the Rink game, presented by Central Maine Medical Center. Puck drop is set for 7 as the Pirates look for their first win of the 2013-14 season.
The Pirates have had a week off since their last contest, a 5-2 defeat at the hands of the Providence Bruins. Both Jordan Szwarz and Jordan Martinook scored for the Pirates, while Andy Miele and Brandon Gormley each tallied assists. Mike Lee made 24 saves in his first start of the season for the Pirates.
