January 9, 2026 - Utica, NY - The Comets hosted the Syracuse Crunch in their second-ever "Sock Toss" and came away with a 3-0 shutout win. The home crowd was ready to go from the start of the game, and they were brought to their feet when Nathan Legare dropped the gloves with Crunch forward Cooper Flinton just 2:29 into the game with Legare ultimately getting the take down. Comets Clip Thunderbirds 5-1 in First Home Game of 2026

January 7, 2026 - Utica, NY - The Comets hosted the Springfield Thunderbirds in their first home game of the 2026 calendar year and came away with a 5-1 victory. The Thunderbirds had a great chance within the opening minute when forward Alek Kaskimaki found himself alone in front of the Utica crease, but Nico Daws made a great pad save to deny the bid. Comets to Host Second-Ever Sock Toss Game on Friday

January 5, 2026 - Utica, NY - As part of an ongoing commitment to give back to the community, the Utica Comets will host their second-ever Save of the Day Foundation "Sock Toss" at the Adirondack Bank Center this Friday, January 9th at 7 p.m. Fans are encouraged to bring brand new socks to the game, which are one of the most requested items by families and individuals in need during the harsh winter months. January 3, 2026 - Laval, QC - The Comets faced the Rocket at Place Bell for the second straight night and came away with a 4-3 victory. For the second game in a row, the Comets controlled play out of the gate and held the Rocket without a shot for the first six minutes of the game.
