Circuit of the Americas Partners with Bypass for New Point of Sale Solution
August 5, 2019 - Pacific Coast League (PCL1)
Round Rock Express News Release
Austin, TX - Bypass Mobile, a leader in enterprise point-of-sale systems, is proud to announce its partnership with Circuit of The Americas (COTA). The partnership, which makes Bypass the sole point-of-sale provider for COTA's F&B operations, will be fully live by the start of F1 Racing season in September.
"We're very excited to offer guests a better fan experience by partnering with Bypass and improving our POS and management systems," COTA's Chief Financial Officer Anna Panossian said. "By teaming up with Bypass, we will be able to provide our guests speed and efficiency through the system's latest capabilities with multiple payment types and offline mode. Bypass will allow guests to quickly make transactions so they can get back to the action and not miss a thing."
Thanks to the payment solution partner Bypass works with, COTA can look forward to savings by having a vertically integrated, end-to-end encrypted solution delivering the highest levels of security in the market.
The partnership with COTA will also allow its food service management partner, RS3 Strategic Hospitality, a division of Ryan Sanders Sports & Entertainment, access to new cloud-based tools to help their teams save time and experience cost savings. Bypass's system offers in-depth back-of-house reporting which will give RS3 Strategic Hospitality a comprehensive look inside its COTA operations and automate activities that were previously done manually. Due to the nature of events taking place at COTA and the need to move terminals around on a regular basis, RS3 Strategic Hospitality will also benefit from the modern, lightweight and durable hardware provided by Clover throughout the complex.
"We're looking forward to streamlining our end-of-night inventory reconciliation and reporting processes," RS3 Strategic Hospitality Regional Director of Operations Justin Belich said. "We also believe that the compact, lightweight and durable Clover hardware platform will help us be more efficient with POS deployment to remote locations, giving us more time to focus on elevating the guest experience and delivering our signature +1 service."
"We are thrilled to be partnering with two great local companies in Circuit of The Americas and RS3 Strategic Hospitality to deliver the foundation for a fantastic, fan-forward experience at COTA by focusing on a platform that will allow the guest to get what they want, quickly, in the way that they want to get it so their focus can be back in the event they came to experience," Bypass CEO Brandon Lloyd said.
Fans will be able to experience the solution in time for this season's Formula1 race the first week in November at the Circuit of The Americas in Austin, Texas.
