Cincinnati Cyclones News Release
The Cincinnati Cyclones (4-3, 3rd in North Division) play the middle game of a three game homestand and their second in two nights. Cincinnati had its two game win streak snapped in Dayton on Sunday.
The Augusta Lynx (2-3-1, 7th in South Division) continue their four game trip through the North Division. The Lynx were winless in their last four game (0-3-1) prior to Wednesday's game at Dayton.
WHO TO WATCH:
Gerard Miller has points in all four games he has played for the Cyclones.
Jean-Michel Daoust has six points on the season.
Aaron Slattengren has two goals and three assists for five points to lead Augusta.
Nathan Marsters has both of the wins in goal for the Lynx.
WHAT TO WATCH FOR:
Augusta will have seven players who were selected in the NHL Entry Draft on the roster Thursday.
FAST FACT:
Lynx rookie forward Matt Auffrey was born in Cincinnati.
UP NEXT:
The Cyclones host Augusta, Saturday night at U.S. Bank Arena for 'Throwback Night'-which will feature $6 tickets (available at the door), $1 concession items and deeply discounted items at the souvenir stand. Players jerseys will be auctioned off after the game and proceeds go to Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
