El Paso Chihuahuas News Release

The El Paso Chihuahuas cranked out nine extra base hits in their 11-8 win over the Albuquerque Isotopes Saturday night at Isotopes Park. Every player in the Chihuahuas' starting lineup had at least one hit.

The two teams traded leads early before Jake Goebbert's two-run home run in the top of the third put El Paso ahead to stay. Goebbert went 3-for-5 with three RBIs, his second game this series with a homer and three runs driven in.

El Paso starting pitcher Dennis O'Grady did not have any hits in 10 previous career at bats but came through with two hits Saturday, including a triple. The Chihuahuas have split the first four games of the series in Albuquerque and have rotated wins and losses every day in August so far.
